Recruiting Process

 

         At TONY Co. we are looking for people who have a passion for learning and desire to grow. 

         We seek to recruit committed and highly qualified individuals who share in the TONY mission, who want to be challenged and make a difference.

         TONY Co. is proud to have a thorough interview process that ensure every individual we hire is placed in a position that will ensure his or her success as well as future growth and development.  

         The following provides a general overview of the recruiting process at TONY Co.:

         1. Resume Submitted

         All resume for specific job openings must be submitted to TONY Co. online. Candidates should apply to only those positions that fit their educational background and skill sets.

         2. Resume Reviewed

        Once a resume is entered into our system, one of our HR Specialists will be notified and will review the resume. Only those candidates with the correct skill sets and qualifications will be contacted.

         3. Candidates Screened by Phone

        If you are indentified as a candidate whose skill sets and qualifications match the position requirements, you will be contacted by a Recruiter or HR Specialist to discuss your qualifications. The information obtained during this initial screening will determine whether or not you will be forwarded on for an interview.

        4. Select Candidates Interview

        The primary purpose of an interview is to assess your ability to perform the functions of the job. The interview may contain one-on-one interviews, panel interviews and assessments.

        5. Candidates Notified of Hiring Decision

       Once a decision has been made by the hiring manager, all candidates will be notified by e-mail or phone of the final decision.
        It is TONY’s policy to recruit, hire, and promote qualified personnel in all job classifications without regard to race, creed, religion, age, sex, marital status, national origin, disability or veteran status. Various agencies of the People’s Republic of China government require employers to collect information about applicants; information requested is for the purposes of compliance with these record keeping requirements.
